We are committed to protecting you from unwanted messages while ensuring you have full control over how and when you hear from us.

Consent: We will only send you commercial electronic messages (CEMs)—including emails, SMS, or other electronic communications—if you have given us your express or implied consent. This includes signing up for our newsletters, services, or providing your contact information voluntarily.

Identification: Every commercial message we send clearly identifies Untapped Authority as the sender. We include accurate contact information so you can reach us easily.

No False or Misleading Information: We do not use deceptive subject lines, false sender information, or misleading content.

Personal Communications

If you send us a support email, billing inquiry, or any other individualized message, we will naturally respond personally. These communications are considered personal and are not subject to CASL’s commercial message rules.

SMS/Text Messaging

If you receive commercial messages from us via SMS or text messaging, you can unsubscribe at any time by replying with the word “STOP” or following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the message.

Your Rights and Our Responsibilities

• You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive commercial messages at any time.

• We will not share, rent, or sell your personal information to third parties for marketing without your explicit consent.

• We retain your consent records to comply with legal requirements.
