At Untapped Authority, our team begins work immediately after purchase  including research, scripting, editing, and scheduling. Because these services involve immediate labor, creative planning, and team allocation, all payments are final once work has begun.

Refunds and Cancellations

By purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms:

• All sales are final once work has started. Refunds are not available for change of mind, preference, or dissatisfaction with creative style, tone, or content direction.

• Refunds are not issued for early termination. If you choose to end your contract or subscription early, remaining time or services are non-refundable.

• Exceptions only apply if Untapped Authority fails to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work.

  • Example: If your package includes 15 edited videos and our team does not deliver them (assuming all required materials were provided on your end), you may request a partial credit or refund for the undelivered portion.

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@untappedauthority.ca within 14 days of discovering a delivery issue.

This ensures fairness on both sides — your investment in our team’s time is protected, and you’re protected if we fail to deliver what was agreed upon.

Minimum Engagement

Each client commits to a minimum 3-month engagement to allow for planning, production, posting, and results tracking.

If the client fails to provide necessary materials (recordings, approvals, etc.), Untapped Authority will continue preparing scripts, edits, and strategies as scheduled. The client remains responsible for payments during this period, as our team’s time and resources have been allocated.

Subscription Plans

If you are on a recurring plan:

• You may cancel anytime before your next billing date.

• You will retain access to services until the end of your current billing cycle.

• Payments processed through third-party billing providers remain subject to their terms and timelines.

Performance Disclaimer

Untapped Authority does not guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue, leads, followers, or engagement metrics. Results vary based on niche, content quality, algorithmic factors, and client participation.
